workforce, including trade, technical and professional skills. The Assessment
is then compared to the desired/required skill levels. The gap between
the two levels provides a basis for developing a strategic training plan
for a company. Customized courses are identified, along with regional

to produce quality work.
Performance:
Assessing learning at the understanding level, in which students produce
products or performances which require demonstration of deep learning
or application of knowledge.
