Assess Your Workforce

A Training Assessment provides a snapshot of the current skills of a company's workforce, including trade, technical and professional skills. The Assessment is then compared to the desired/required skill levels. The gap between the two levels provides a basis for developing a strategic training plan for a company. Customized courses are identified, along with regional training resources.

The following Assessments are available:

Application of New Technology:
Assists with deployment of all your software applications locally and globally. Evaluates end-user productivity, elimination of "shelf-ware", and significant reduction in Help Desk interaction

Employee Retention:
Assists organizations how to attract and retain motivated and highly productive employees. Establishes a baseline for customer satisfaction, prioritizes issues and opportunities, and focuses on opportunities to increase satisfaction levels.

Productivity:
Assessing the productivity skills possessed by employees, including working well with others, higher-order thinking, responsibility, and the ability to produce quality work.

Performance:
Assessing learning at the understanding level, in which students produce products or performances which require demonstration of deep learning or application of knowledge.
